We are a wholesale outlet and are only open Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm Pacific time! Any Internet orders placed over the weekend or Holidays will not be processed till Monday! All other ground orders allow 1-2 days for processing.

International Shipping Information CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All International orders will be processed by Leatherjackets.com and shipped within 2-4 business days. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply. All International Orders are shipped by USPS.

Your FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don`t need to sign up again. Just log in to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

Drop ship item tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you separately from our warehouse with 1-2 days of the purchase.

How Can I Change An order Or Make An Address Correction?
How Can I Cancel An Order?

All orders go directly to the shipping floor within hours. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order.

Shipping to P.O. Box Address:
We will ship to P.O. Boxes but we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?
Yes, but we are not responsible for Lost, Stolen or Misplaced items. Also in case of different shipping and billing addresses, you may be contacted by our verification team and asked to provide additional information.  Please refer to FAQ for more details.

Shipping to Military Base:
APO FPO (All other U.S. Military) Please Read As of Nov 01 2004 We are NO longer accepting Orders that are being shipped to APO or FPO Addressees due to the U.S. Postal Inconsistent Service. All orders received with an APO or FPO Address will be canceled immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Hawaii & Alaska Customers :
There will be a $10.00 additional charge for orders placed that are being shipped to Alaska & Hawaii. It is not possible to offer the flat rate shipping as FedEx and UPS do not give us that shipping rate.

No Hassle 30-Day Returns and Exchange
Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back any bargain you don’t love within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges.

As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, hand tags etc.. intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.

Any items returned AFTER 30 days will have a 15% restocking fee.

When Will My Credit Card be Credited?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement depending on your credit card company.

Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
We will only pay for return shipping if we sent the wrong or damaged item. All other return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records.

How Do I Make an Exchange/Return?
Send back your item(s) with:

  • Copy of Invoice or Order #.
  • Billing First & Last Name Email address used to place order.
  • List the item(s) that your are exchanging. Note the reason for the exchange.
  • Detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order, For example different size, style, or color. Please indicate item # and size.
  • We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number and filled out exchange paperwork to keep for your records.
  • Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All packages shipped from our warehouse to you are insured for the amount of the items that total the order.
  • We also suggest sending all packages back to our warehouse Via FedEx or UPS. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  • If you send back your package VIA USPS, Make sure the package is insured and you add delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All Packages shipped to you are insured by us.

Late Returns
Any items returned after 30 days will have a 15% restocking fee.

What carrier should I use?
You may use the carrier of your choice. Simply address your return package to the Leatherjackets.com return address shown on the box. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information, FedEx, or UPS. If using USPS we recommend purchasing Delivery confirmation. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.

General Merchandise
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement depending on your credit card company.

Please note the following:
No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for an refund.

All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not new, the item will be sent back to you and we will not refund your order.

Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded.

Jackets
All jackets must be properly packed to avoid wrinkles to the leather and or any damage that can occur on route to our warehouse. Use an appropriate sized box to ship back your order. All hang tags must be attached to the jacket. If the hang tag is removed or not included with the product there will be a restocking fee applied to your return. If the item you are returning has removable armor and has been removed, please place the armor back in the correct place on the jacket or you will be charged a restocking fee. Do not include the armor within the package contents. All jacket accessories must be returned with the jacket, this includes armor, removable inside lining and any accessories the jacket was shipped with. Item must be returned in new condition.

Q. What is the time frame for an exchange to be processed and shipped?
A:It depends on your exchange request:

  • If you are exchanging for the same item but a different size and if the item is available and in stock, your order is usually exchanged within 5-7 business days after it is received by our warehouse. If you are exchanging for another item, it can take up to 5-7 Business day to process your exchange and have it shipped out to you. If you exchange for an item that is of higher price or lower price your order needs to be adjusted accordingly to what you are exchanging for.
  • If you are returning item(s) for a refund and at the same time exchanging an item(s) for a different size or different item, it can take up 5-7 business days to have your order adjusted accordingly, this means to refund the items returned and to send out the items exchanged.
  • Please make sure to include the necessary information, Invoice or Order #, Billing First & Last Name, Email address and also detailed instructions to what you would like for us to do with your order. If you do not include this information, we will not be able to process your exchange or refund.

All Items are inspected by our warehouse personnel. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not resalable, the item will be sent back to you and we will not exchange your order.

We offer one exchange per order and ship it for free, standard ground shipping. If a second exchange is required, you will have to pay for the shipping charge $7.95 will be charged to your credit card. You may include a money order ONLY, to cover the cost. Please do not send cash or personal checks as we do not accept those payment methods.

If you would like to have your item exchanged quicker, simply place another order for the items you wish to exchange for. Whether you are exchanging for a different item or size. Return your current order so you can be issued a refund. We cannot issue a refund until the package is received by our warehouse personnel and it is processed by our refund department.

Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be exchanged.
Make sure to properly package the item(s).

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Leatherjackets.com, arrives defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that you must call or email us immediately to report the problem with your order.

All items returns will be credited to the original origin of online point of purchase.

Your Credit Card statement or Online statement will be billed under the name B.L.K. International, Los Angeles, California

Leatherjackets.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Due to the volume of orders, it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.

Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving package. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major U.S. leather supplier.
